How to use

• Wet the brush. Then gently brush the tongue from the inside out to remove the dirt.
• Do not brush too hard as this will hurt your tongue.
• Do not put the brush in your mouth very deeply.

Caution

• Brushes should be replaced every month or when they get dirty.
