How to use
- Wear the Futuro ankle brace. Enter from the left side, let the bar
Elastic is at the toe. and pointing outside the body - Slide in to support the heel just right. Then wrap the elastic band.
Around the ankle, adjust the tightness level as appropriate.
(If you want to wear your right foot, turn it inside out.)
How to measure size
- Use a measuring tape to measure around the center of the smallest part of your ankle.
Then compare with the size below.

Small (S) 7.0-8.0 inches 18.0-20.5 cm.
Medium (M) 8.0-9.0 inches 20.5-23.0 cm.
Large (L) 9.0-10.0 inches 23.0-25.5 cm.
Caution
- Do not wash in the washing machine.
- Do not use bleach, fabric softener and dry cleaning.
- Hand wash with soap and warm water. Do not wring.
Use a towel to absorb the water and dry in a shaded area where the sun doesn’t reach.
