How to use
- wear the device on the hand. The thumb is in the thumb hole.
- fasten the strap around the wrist. Adjust to the desired firmness.
- Wrap the strap on the thumb area to increase firmness
How to measure size
- Use a tape measure to measure the circumference of the wrist, can be used for both left and right

Maintenance
- Remove the iron core then attach the device to look the same as when wearing it before washing.
- Should be washed with cold water and mild soap. Do not use dry cleaning, fabric softeners or bleach.
- Blot the water off with a dry cloth. Do not wring.
- Dry in shade and windy. Avoid exposure to direct heat and sunlight.
- Do not dry clean or tumble dry.
