How to use

How to wear :

• Wrap the device around your knee with the longer side facing up and place the gel strip on top.
  Keep it inside, above the kneecap.
• Insert the strap, adjust the size without the gel strip into the loop, and position the gel strip.
  Press above the kneecap.
• Adjust the fit, then attach the bezel bar at both points.
• Insert the strap underneath, positioning the gel strip so that it is pressed against the underside of the kneecap.
  Adjust the tightness to fit and attach the Velcro tape at both points.
